Not happy with your order? You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food, treats and health/medicated products cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only, not refund, unless defective.
How refunds work
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via mobile wallet.
